FOOT CHAKRAS (#13)
In terms of the initiations, the feet are the very last before we graduate, relating to the 12th initiation. The end of the path that our feet trod. The total understanding of a person - underline the 'standing' part of the word understanding. We then stand on our own two feet as a total Human Being.
No common or shared master chakra.
RIGHT FOOT
(13A) Right foot main chakra = "Coming and going, we keep you on your path."
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) Right foot out top - outer = well of evil energy for doing dastardly deeds to others.
(2) Right foot out top - inner = storehouse for our past life dastardly deeds to others.
Note: (3) and (4) not used.
(5) Sleep energy reservoir.
(6) Sleep mode. The part that rests during sleep. Some other part does the astral travels.
Note: (7) and (8) not used.
(9) Used as a messenger to bring harmonious thought to all actions taken. The 'wing' of the messenger relating to the mythical god, Mercury.
(10) Our propensity to do good toward others.
(Energy points (9) and (10) had been warped energy-wise into Service To Self eons ago by service-to-self ETs. The Holy Spirit was asked and gladly agreed to fix them. (9) was a propensity toward jumping into things without adequate thought. Seeking short term gratification. (10) was our propensity for taking wrong action against others for gratification of self.

(13) A royal looking Being says, "I am the Divine Spirit separated from Source at inception." The Divine aspect of us. The Higher Self.
(14) Place where trials are held judging our good or bad deeds. (Good deeds: those which move us closer to union with All that Is and are of His/Her nature. Bad deeds: those which move us farther away.
(Note: (15) and (16) not used.
(17) Right foot under sole of foot: Outer = allows in an evil being for the purposes of getting power. He urges us on to do evil deeds. It is also the perpetrating area for dastardly deeds. Where we 'step' on others. The true function of this chakra is to not allow people to step on us. It should be a protector chakra. But we tend to overdo things and get caught up in revenge. Similar to characteristics of the Emperor card of the Tarot deck. Should be in charge, but can be despotic. Needs temperance.
(18) Inner = rage that is stored up from allowing others to step on us.
LEFT FOOT
(#13B) Left foot main chakra = "I keep you on the spiral path so that you can re-learn the failed lessons."
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) Left foot out top -outer = Lifetimes lived under the domain of the Oversoul. Also the residence of the inner child.
(2)Left foot out top - inner = contains a jolly being who
is creating our future incarnations that are subject to change up until they are brought into play.

(5) A kitchen type area where the preparation for the celebration of (6) takes place.
(6) The celebration hall for the lessons learned. The people invited to
celebrate with us are also those that took part in that particular game, and are honored for the roles that they played. They are awarded the spiritual payment in proportion to the importance of the roles they played and the positive effect they had on the outcome.

(9) Good acted out towards others. Feminine, nurturing. Can be too passive, just as the opposite chakra on other foot can overdo the male energies of aggression.
(10) Propensity for doing good.

(13) The storehouse where our accomplishments, or lessons learned are kept. (remembered)
(14) Contains an authority figure who lays down the rules of engagement for this lifetime. As circumstances changed based on free will choices, the rules are updated.

(17) Under sole of foot outer- where the karma leveling lifetimes are played out.
(18) Under sole of foot inner = contains portions of the lifetimes where others took advantage of us - the portions where that was the predominate experience.
