THE ANTHRAX ERADICATION?

Note: This is a portion of an Email letter I received August 23, 1998:

PREFACE
In September 1991, I reentered The Ohio State University and started taking courses in advanced microbiology, in preparation for taking my National Registry of Microbiologist Certification Exam. I soon entered into a clique of nontraditional students, whose average age was around 40. In that clique was a delightful lady known by the name of Miriam Arif. We soon became close friends. Miriam was from Iraq, and was here studying microbiology. She had an unusual background. One of her very close relatives, General Arif was a President of Iraq. In April, 1966, He was killed in a helicopter accident (I later learned the General was actually her father). There was a long succession of military coups and now Saddam Hussein and the Republican Guard are in power.

In these coups, her family had not fared well. She said that several members of her family had been hung. And at the present time, she felt it safer for her to be here in America, until she could do something that would make her famous back in her home country of Iraq. In February, 1993, I had arrived early in order to get a parking spot in the rapidly filling student parking lots, and was having coffee in the small vending area in the bottom of the building where the Med-Tech. courses were taught. The vending area was deserted except for Miriam Arif and myself.

I will never forget the way her face and eyes looked that morning. They were very tired and glossy. I have little doubt that she had not gotten any sleep since the World Trade Center building was bombed. This was the Monday after. She must have thought that her arrest was imminent, for the whole time she was rambling on. It was as if she was in a daze. She was silent for a few minutes then she said, "Larry, you are a dear and trusted friend, and what I am going to tell you in the next few minutes you can use to protect yourself and a few friends. When it is my time to act, I do not want your death to be on my conscience. You obviously do not know the danger you face concerning the emergence of Biological Warfare as a major threat to the United States."

She went on to state that nearly all of the emerging countries: Libya, Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, etc., were actively pursuing a germ warfare program, and scraping their nuclear programs. There are two reasons for this shift. The first being complexity & cost for the acquisition of a sufficient nuclear stockpile to be meaningful. The second reason is that BW is antipersonnel warfare, but not anti-materiel warfare, in that housing, buildings, factories, and other structures remain intact and can be made useful in a short time. I asked her if she had actually seen any of Iraq's germ warfare facilities. To this she gave a resounding, "Yes." She went on to state that Iraq uses the plain-Jane approach, in that Iraq has a very large stockpile of biological agents on hand in the form of special bombs, and is developing rockets to spread the infection over a very large area. They have two separate areas of biological operations, one foreign and one regional. The ones that are regional have all the facilities located > at small air strips around the country that are deliberately designed not to draw much attention. These airstrips will not handle large to medium class aircraft. In fact they are designed around a single class of aircraft. These aircraft are single engine high wing turboprop's that can be used for crop dusting. The regional Biological operations would take only a couple of days to get into operation if you are using Anthrax, or a couple of weeks if you are using Plague.

The production equipment located at these Facilities is kept empty so that it can be explained away as holding tanks for agricultural spray products, if they were ever questioned from abroad as to their purpose.
The finished culture fluid flows into a refrigerated tank for holding before it is transferred to the aircraft just before the mission. She further stated that these aircraft have exceptionally long range and that only one aircraft is located at each facility. If that aircraft were to be lost, a replacement aircraft could be flown in from another facility. This keeps every thing small and very difficult to detect. I asked her why we didn't see any Germ Warfare being waged during the Gulf war. To this she responded, "Iraq thought that the multinational force would respond with Nuclear Weapons." I inquired further, You stated that I and the people of North America are in grave danger of Biological Agents being used against us. Would you care to elaborate on that?

To this, she replied, "A few hours ago a band of fanatics blew up the World Trade Center. I am sure that my beloved Iraq did not do this thing. For when payback comes, I am sure we will demand at least one American life for every one of my country that you Butchered. We would not settle for some silly old building." I asked her if she knew how such an attack would be carried out. To this she responded, "Don t be silly, of course I know! The vessel of choice would be a metal spray can (stainless steel). You know, like the one you use to spray your garden and exterminators use to spray bug spray. The one that has the little air pump in the middle that you pump up when you are ready to spray. To this you would add your culture. Following an appropriate amount of time, the batch is ready. You then insert the spray tank's air pump, pump up the sprayer and you are ready."

I then asked her, what the most likely targets would be. To this she replied, "For one thing, it will not be just a target, but many (hundreds of) targets simultaneously across the country. The prime of these would be the subway systems. Who would notice another maintenance man down there spraying for bugs? Other inviting targets would be the air ducts of large office buildings. Or, say, a large gathering of people like at a stadium, or just sticking it out of the side of a budding over those crowded streets of many cities. Who is going to notice a little mist coming from some building? Several cells (each cell has ten men, and one woman to act as a carrier) will be using aircraft venturi like the ones that are used to drive the vacuum instruments on airplanes. They are easily obtained mail order in this country. These will be mounted underneath cars. The spray tank will be in the car with the tubing going to the venturi (which acts like a carburetor). When the car is going 60 miles per hour one simply opens the valve and a fog of death will be coming out from behind the car. Other cells will be using these same venturi mounted on light aircraft to attack whole cities at a time."

I asked her how she would get her culture (bacteria)? To this Miriam replied that it is very easy for a woman to hide a small sealed vial of dehydrated culture vaginally and get it into North America. "What are they going to do?" She continued, "Take every woman entering the country, have some little room, say in the airport, and make them lay down on a table with their feet up in stirrups and have some one looking up her privates? I think not." I then asked her, "Why not use something that she could obtain in this country without going through all that?' To this, she replied, "That is where the real irony is, for you see, Iraq bought all of the dehydrated vials from companies right here in the United States, who shipped them to Iraq, and those same vials are the ones that Iraqi women have been bringing back into this country to be used against this country." Miriam said that she herself had made several trips back and forth between Iraq and the United States, and every time that she came to America she was carrying a vial inside her as well. (Ed. Note, Miriam has been apprehended doing just this).

I then asked her, "What are the microbes of choice?' To this she responded, 'Plague and Anthrax are the bacteria of choice. For you see, plague is easy to work with. We take the proper amount and kind of antibiotic and then we are fairly safe. Once you are finished, you can very easily clean up any spills with disinfectant. Any you miss will be dead in a couple of days. Anthrax would be used by specially trained cells for attacks on big cities. These cells have to be extremely careful, thus requiring a lot of advanced training. If you got some on your clothes and happened to inhale it several years later, it could kill you. So they will have to strip, thoroughly shower, and leave all articles of clothing that were worn during the attack behind. The only two other bacteria that were considered was Cholera and Typhoid fever but these usually do not kill. They only inconvenience people for a few days."

I then asked her when she thought these attacks would begin. To this she responded, "Some time with in the next few years." Miriam said that she personally knew cells training to attack the Olympic Games when they are held. Also, the attacks are centered on three Muslim holy days that are coming up in the next few years, starting in July, 1997. One thing is certain, before the year 2001 this country's population will be reduced to less than fifty million. Miriam stated that she had no problem telling me all of this because 'no one will ever believe you." The door to the elevator opened just then and several students walked out. Miriam quickly entered the same elevator before the doors could close and was gone.

That afternoon I started a barrage of phone calls to the FBI, the CDC, and just about every one that I knew to call. Miriam was right. No one cared. Every bureaucrat that I called simply was not interested. I called the CDC back and after an afternoon of phone tag I finally was transferred to Fort Collins, vector division. I told them what Miriam had told me, and they responded that they thought I had been watching too many science fiction movies, and not to worry about it. I asked them if they had a contingency plan if something like this ever occurred. They said that they did, so I asked them if they would send me a copy. They said that they would. But after a couple of weeks nothing had arrived.

An explanation goes something like this: In the 1940's, when we first began to look into the possibilities of using Germ Warfare, there were few, if any, antimicrobial drugs. So we had no way of really protecting our own troops. It was not until the later 1960's, when adequate antimicrobials had been developed, that the possibility of using Biological Warfare became a reality. However, about that time, it became apparent that just about any small country that could afford a laboratory could develop offensive weapons. At this point, The US Government started an active program of demonization of all aspects of Biological warfare. This included co-sponsoring the production of several movies: The Omega Man, the Virus, the Andromeda Strain, and others, in an effort to scare the hell out of the public. In 1972, this resulted in the United States signing the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons and on their destruction. The US Government went on to glamorize those countries that possessed nuclear weapons, referring to it as the "Nuclear Club."

The strategy worked. Numerous small countries invested large portions of their defense budgets toward obtaining nuclear power. However, the Iraqi war shocked many of these small countries into reality! They simply cannot afford to go nuclear. However, they can afford Bacteriological & Biotoxin weapons. The lecturer stated very clearly that in the future we can almost certainly expect Biological weapons to be used by various terrorist organizations. (END OF LETTER)

Jack's comments:
This long-lasting danger of anthrax-contaminated clothing rang true to me because coincidentally (not) I knew a veterinarian working for the government who was an expert on Anthrax. He once went into great detail explaining about the spores being able to remain dormant for years in a dry desert area, only to come alive with rain and infect any animal walking through the area. Anthrax is fatal if you are not vaccinated before contact. You have to isolate and burn the dead animals. People dying from Anthrax would have to be body bagged and cremated immediately. There is a vaccine, but it is a preventive, not a cure.

ANTHRAX SWEPT AWAY BY WARRIOR ANGELS

So I asked permission to enlist the help of Warrior Angels to sweep first the U.S. and then the entire world, neutralizing the energy sustaining Anthrax bacterial life, and received the go-ahead. So Sunday the U.S. was swept clean, and that evening some energy-depleted angels appeared, and I provided them with a new surge of energy for the following day's work. Then yesterday afternoon I had a vision of a band of angels, arm in arm circling the world, moving from north to south, covering every square inch of the world, removing Anthrax energy. This cannot exist in the 4th density, but we can't wait for this.

Then it was suggested that the terrorists who had planned this attack would need to be taken care of before the attack. I asked if they were being marked ahead of time for extermination, and I received a yes, then a no answer from my dowser. First time this has ever happened. Then I received the impression that possibly before the attacks were started, much of the Muslim territory would be under water due to earth changes, so it would not be necessary to mark terrorists in these countries. In the rest of the world, the effect would be the same as in the days of Moses when the Israelites under Egyptian domination had their doors identified with a mark of blood of a sacrificed lamb, and the Death Angel "passed over" these houses, but killed the first born of all the Egyptians. This is where the Jewish Feast of the Passover originated. If this works out as it was given to me, one morning in the near future, all over the world there will be Muslim terrorists found dead. I also was told that the Israelite God extension considered the U.S. the second Israel, and would protect it from harm. So we have a lot going for us.

As I am writing this letter, Freckles barked that I had visitors. I went outside to meet a group. They turned out to be some former captured spirits from the 8th Sphere Muslim sector. (see CLEARING OUT DARK UNDERWORLDS They were holdouts, but now they wanted to receive the gift of Unconditional Love so they could give it to the Muslim terrorists planning the Anthrax attack. This would cause them to change their minds and call off the attack. I reminded them that they were spirits who could not be seen or heard by ordinary people. But they insisted so I gave them the gift, and reminded them that the anthrax they planned to use was now dead. They said they knew this and would tell the terrorists. About a half hour they were back, saying "They wouldn't listen." They have given up trying to warn them.

STERILIZING IRAQ'S ANTHRAX PRODUCTION FACILITIES

Shortly after this I did an intuitive check on Iraq's production facilities for Anthrax. I detected two totally enclosed buildings, much taller than wide, in which Anthrax culture was being made and stored. These buildings are totally sealed with ultra-purification ventilator systems, and the employees are sealed inside. In one of the buildings, some Anthrax spores escaped and killed all the people in the building. The cleaning sweep of the world by the Warrior Angels also killed all the Anthrax bacteria and spores in both buildings after this fatal accident occurred (along with those of other developing nations whose use was not for benevolent purposes). So now both buildings have been fumigated and unsealed so that the dead could be removed from the one contaminated building. It is my understanding that the buildings were designed taller than wide in order to compartmentalize the work in the hopes that a contaminating spill in one floor could be confined to that floor. But it didn't work. The employees were not vaccinated against Anthrax so they could contract the disease if any spores escaped and thus alert the rest of the crew. It would have worked but the workmen seeing their fellow employees start to get sick, panicked on the top floor in which the outbreak occurred, and broke down the sealed barriers between the floors in their effort to escape, thus contaminating everyone.

I understand that Anthrax spores now do not exist outside the laboratories that work with this disease in a beneficial way, such as producing vaccines. And with the coming of the 4th density ascension, this type of disease will not survive this higher vibrational reality, and will die out of its own accord.

But now the U.S. is taking this possible massive Anthrax contamination seriously, and is in the midst of a nation-wide Anthrax vaccination program as described below: Understandably, if they heard of my efforts to effect a world-wide kill of Anthrax, they would not believe it was possible, along with many readers of this report (I find it hard to believe myself), or would bother to check to see if there is any truth in it. So they are doing what they think is best.

COMMENTS CONCERNING AERIAL SPRAYING

Excerpts of a newsletter dated 3/13/98:
Thanks to some sources that ask to remain anonymous, and to all of you in the trenches that send us reports and photos and tapes and who have dug deep to find answers to this unbelievable nightmare, we
do have some answers.

1. We now believe that this spraying that appears as innocent contrails has a much more sinister function than either inoculation or fuel dumping.

2. We have been in contact with high ranking officials in the military that swear to receiving orders to prepare for what is to be phase two of what can only be described as a global culling of the populous.

3. The most recent lab tests of a sample from the goo like matter that falls from the sky contains chemicals that are not found anywhere in nature, and could only have originated from the worlds most sophisticated laboratories.

Jack wrote this reply to an E-mail letter 2/22/99
Holly: I read your report on anthrax vaccine in the jet contrails on the Sightings website. I concur 100% with your evaluation, Here is a report of an aerial spraying pilot and my evaluation using intuitive means.

John Locke wrote:
Thank you Sue. We see contrails here a lot too. A friend of mine called me and said he saw 100 of them Sunday. I wonder if it is somehow a preparation for the landing. Like they are weeding out the weak ones. He said someone talked to one of the pilots in a grocery store and he said the government watches the medical reports so they know how many are infected according to which way the wind blows and how high they drop it. The pilot also said those who do get sick are now immunized.

Jack's report:
In so far as the contrails are concerned, I did a lot of yes-no questioning (using my dowser) and intuiting, and finally came up with the idea that the spray may also contain a pesticide, but the main ingredient is a vaccine against Anthrax. I originally wrote "virus" and was corrected. Anthrax is a bacterial life form. They are spraying a killed strain hoping to cause immunity in the general population. The more people that come down with a mild form of flu or cold, the better the coverage is, and the better the immunity that results is.

In fact this is a communicable disease, so people exposed to infected people can acquire immunity even though they may not have serious symptoms. I am picking up the idea that the CIA uncovered a plot by the Iraqi government to spread such a disease in populated areas of the U.S. in revenge for killing all the Iraqi soldiers in the Desert Storm war and Desert Fox bombing. So important cities are being sprayed with this killed strain. They don't want to divulge this because of the panic it would cause, just as a nation-wide vaccination would. I suspect that a pesticide is mixed with the spray as a "cover" in case the military is questioned they can say that it IS a pesticide to kill head lice or some such.

Elora describes the spray as containing Ethlyene Di Bromide. This is the chemical used to totally kill the Anthrax bacteria The original strain is so toxic it cannot safely be handled any other way. The Bromide no doubt has bad side effects, but the people in charge are taking a calculated risk that the benefits far outweigh the risks. Only under an extreme emergency would such a program be approved. And the large-scale spraying means they have been working on this potential problem for some time in view of the massive amounts of killed Anthrax which must be stored ahead of time. They are acting because they believe the threat is eminent. Zinc Chloride is a dispersing agent. At least this is what I am picking up.

So be happy about seeing purple snow. And don't think this is a plot to kill us all. There are chemical warfare nerve gases that are so potent that a teaspoon full could kill thousands, and within a few minutes of exposure.

We are so distrustful of the government and military that we find it difficult to believe they also try to protect us. But apparently a program of inoculating all military personnel for Anthrax is also underway. Israel is also apparently inoculating all citizens. A recent report on the Web described a simple method of spreading Anthrax spores over their entire country. Placing open jars of agar (a high nutrient gelatin ) laced with Anthrax on isolated hills upwind of major cities would allow the spores to be released as the agar evaporated, which could take several days and would be almost impossible to detect until it is too late.

But I believe all Anthrax destined for mass killing of populations has itself been killed. I, for one am not staying up late at night worrying about it. I have done all I can do, and I believe it is enough.

NUCLEAR WAR THREAT DEFUSED

The Pleiadians have told me more than once that they had locator implants on every atomic warhead in existence, and they would jam the firing mechanism and redirect the missile to a watery impact area if any of them were launched in anger at a neighbor. I have read that both the U.S. and Russia have had some of their nuclear-armed missiles made inoperative by a UFO seen hovering overhead of missile silos. This was indirectly confirmed by a comment made by former President Ronald Reagan when he announced during negotiations with the Soviet Union that in the event of a threat from outer space, the world would unite in a common defense.

The Galactic Federation (a governing group representing all peaceful sentient life forms in the Milky Way Galaxy) has been monitoring our spiritual progress, or lack of it, and has indicated that they were ready to step in and go against the "Prime Directive of Non-interference" in order to prevent our destroying ourselves and the earth. There is something special about our genetic library which is supposed to be made available to all sentient life forms in this universe. Each of our cells has a DNA string that is two molecules wide and six feet in length. Less than 10% of this coding is used in forming and maintaining our bodies. What this coding contains is apparently revealed in the following information, which is also posted in EARTH CHANGES (ASCENSION) file:

The "pull" for Zetas (Grays)and all other interacting embodied consciousness facets (ETs) is a silent knowledge on the fact that contained within the Earth human holographic DNA is the original Creator/Source code template created when the first thought gave rise to all of creation. Earth humans are the only beings in all created embodiments to have the complete code. This is the real reason for all the attention being given to your planet at this moment of density transition: When the shift occurs, the code will be revealed. The unknown for all concerned is what will happen when this occurs. This is why some of the consciousness facets do not want the shift to take place. But the density transition will most assuredly happen.

So with all this irreplaceable information in our DNA, we are too valuable a life form to be allowed to destroy ourselves.

ALIEN INVASION THREATS ELIMINATED

The last paragraphs above explains why so many ET races had plans to conquer the earth in recent history, seemingly all at the same time. The conquering race would "own" the rights to the original Creator Source Code which is to show up in our DNA when we ascend.

Itemized below are the various ET races that have been dealt with in one way or another by Roger, Ruth and Jack over the past several months, and their present status in regard to claims on earth.

THE GOOD GUYS

ANDROMEDANS: A long-time "protector" of earth. They have existed as a civilized society for over a million years. Advanced technology includes time travel and almost instantaneous travel across the galaxy. They have engaged in battles to protect earth from aggressive ETs. They help patrol the space around earth to prevent an unlikely invasion. The race I have dealt with most is tall and thin, but I have "seen" short and fat creatures with them who were also from the same Galaxy. Observing at a distance our ascension into the 4th density.

PLEIADIANS From Taygetta: Benevolent. I understand that they look almost human, since we carry their genes along with others. Were one of the races involved in genetic manipulation of pre-humans for the purpose of creating workers for their mining operations. But they have come back to correct their mistakes because they found that all sentient creatures are spiritually bound together, and they have been held back from further ascension until we "catch up". A small group is helping to oversee the Monument described in THE R AND J MONUMENT Observing with great interest our ascending into the 4th density.

INSECTOIDS: Very benevolent and a very ancient race. They exude love and kindness. They look like seven-foot tall preying mantises. They do not kill. They have great healing powers. A group of about 25 have assigned themselves to help take care of the 4th density Monument on Kennedy Mountain near where I live. For more information, go to THE R AND J MONUMENT. THE FORMER BAD GUYS

ANUNNAKI from Sirius B: Present status: Benevolent. All but a handfull are on their home planet after being denied their right to establish a colony on earth by the Galactic Council, due to past barbaric behavior. For more information click on THE ARMAGEDDON CHRONICLES Some small groups of Anunnaki from other Star Systems may not be benevolent, but at least they do not seem to be aggressive and have no representation on earth at the present time.

Alcyone REPTILIANS: Formerly allied with the Anunnaki. Present status: Peaceful, back on their home planet, although some still visit the battleground on Kennedy Mountain where they lost 50,000 of their race in a battle to the death with Warrior Angels. They were the first ET race to accept the gift of Unconditional Love which totally transformed their society. They appear to be about six feet tall with scales covering their body. Aurigan and Capellan DRACO: Present status: Benevolent. They claim to have removed the radiation hazard form many hazardous sites all over the world, as yet to be substantiated. Their cloaked starships are circling the earth in a protective mode. Formerly great warriors, they conquered many galaxies, were planning on conquering earth as a part of their conquering the Milky Way Galaxy, when they arrived about 50 years ago and started massive walk-ins in key military personnel. They average about 8 feet tall. Observing with interest at a distance our ascension into the 4th density. A few are still on earth, some were stationed as guards around the Monument on Kennedy Mountain for a while to quell possible disturbances between visiting ETs of different cultures. Presently observing with interest our ascension into the 4th density.

Ayran SIRIANS FROM SIRIUS A.: Peaceful finally. Have returned to their own planet. Their plans for forcefully taking over the earth are described in detail in THWARTING THE SIRIAN TAKEOVER

Orion REPTILIANS. No longer aggressive. They are back on their home planet. Formerly allied with the Draco for conquering the earth. There are also known Taurus and Triangulum Reptilian races. Reptilians are the dominant sentient life forms in the Universe. Humans have a small Reptilian brain at the end of thier brain stem, indicating reptilian influence in our genetic makeup.

Humanoid? ARCTURANS: Status: back on their home planet. They were allied with the Ayran Sirians and the Illuminati. Apparently no longer interested in earth.

Tau Cetus VERDANT: Near human in appearance. Originally had plans on a "peaceful" takeover of our planet as they had done with twenty five other planets. Changed their minds. Now back on their own planet. For more information, log onto THE PROBLEM WITH THE VERDANT

GRAYS: Grays are cloned. They have a Hive (group) consciousness. They lost their ability for sexual reproduction when they altered their genetic makeup to eliminate emotion, after being nearly destroyed in an atomic war. They moved underground to avoid surface radiation and over millions of years have lived underground with gene modification and natural selection producing the characteristic bug eyes. They have atrophied digestive system, relying for nourishment instead on soaking up nutrients through their skin. Their racial life force has been constantly diminishing since then. They have tried producing hybrids with humans with little success since emotions have not been transferrable. But the infilling of Unconditional Love has increased their group life force sufficiently to save their race from oblivion at least for the foreseable future. So most Gray civilizations have abandoned abductions and artificial insemination in order to save their race. Many ET races have cloned Grays for use as servants and warriors, and after transformation by Unconditional Love, they have had most of the warrior Grays destroyed as excess livestock. Grays have worked under the direction of those ET races that cloned them. But recently a new planet has been prepared for them, and they are being transported there as they are released by their former owners. They communicate totally by telepathy.

ILLUMINATI: This is a strong dark intelligent "Influence" that has taken over individual ETs of different races plus humans who are involved in controlling the destiny of humanity. This "Influence" has had it's power sources either drained or blocked, and it is gradually releasing its control over humanity. Refer to THE ILLUMINATI MYSTERY for more details.

(Note: I have been told that there are 55 different sentient life forms (races) plus over 200,000 cultures made up of members of these races in the Milky Way Galaxy. Also I have read that a total of 27 different ET races have been involved in various ways in earth's affairs, including the first seeding of proto-human species, so
